Join us for an in-the-field training session where you’ll gain practical, hands-on experience with residential duct leakage and blower door testing. This is an excellent opportunity for builders, contractors, and anyone interested in improving their understanding of home performance and energy efficiency.
What You’ll Learn:
Duct Leakage Testing:
Learn how to identify common duct installation deficiencies and how they impact home energy efficiency. Watch live demonstrations using a duct blaster to identify leaks, with fog added for visual clarity.
Location details: Home located at the 4-way intersection in the Ivory Community.
Blower Door Testing:
See a full demonstration of blower door testing in action. Learn how this test is used to measure air tightness and diagnose areas of unwanted air infiltration.
Location details: Home at the final phase of construction.
