DESCRIPTION:SLCC 10:30-1:30 Miller campus presented by Troy Preslar \nSince January of 2023\, ENERGY STAR new home certification has been the requirement for eligibility for the $2500 45L federal tax credit. Starting with homes that are certified (completed) after January 2025\, homes will need to be certified to ENERGY STAR version 3.2 for 45L eligibility. Come and learn about what will be required to certify a home to this new (to Utah) version of ENERGY STAR. We will go over ENERGY STAR certification in general and version 3.2 in greater detail \n\nTo attend\, RSVP via the registration link.\nLunch will be provided\, DOPL Credits will be offered.
