June 10, 2022 AMSCO Windows Facility Tour- Field Training- 9:30 a.m.- 1:30 p.m. AMSCO WINDOWS FACILITY

2 Sessions for registration sign up- limit registration to 12 people per Tour.

Description:
On this tour, you will visit the AMSCO Windows Facility to see how tempered glass is made. Activities will include watching and learning about the production of insulated glass (IG unit), watching the facility robotics clean the vinyl, and, time permitting, a tour of the new paint booth. You’ll also learn how windows are combined and visit the testing facility. Before building this facility, all finished windows and doors had to be shipped to third-party validators. The tour will also go over how AMSCO identifies the DP rating and what that means.
